Awful communications/customer service with N1 Wirelss - Samsung Galaxy S4 unlocked


Ordered a phone on 1 July and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) on day 7 called to see if my order had been processed/shipped and was told the item I ordered was not available. Why no notification?
Was told they would upgrade my order and ship it out. They did upgrade but the item was shipped to the billing address not the shipping address.
When I spoke to customer service - I could not get a word in; the "manager" just kept explaining that it was a mistake and that mistakes get made. The phone was finally delivered to billing address 16 days after the order and then had to be FedEx to shipping address. No one there seemed at all sorry for the mistake or that it was their fault. UGH
